Job Opportunity: Lettings Manager at Eda Salford Quays
Location: Salford Quays, Greater Manchester
Reporting To: General Manager
Role Purpose: As the Lettings Manager at Eda Salford Quays, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and overall lettings strategy. This includes ensuring maximum occupancy, and managing the lettings team to deliver an exceptional Built to Rent product and operation.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Conduct prospective resident assessments in line with Eda's reservation requirements and Immigration Act legislation.
• Meet performance targets for viewings, lets, rent levels, and voids.
• Ensure compliance with EPC and Gas Safety legislation, as well as the Housing Act 2004.
• Manage the entire void process efficiently to minimise re-letting time and costs.
• Promptly market units upon receipt of termination notices from residents.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legislation and assess performance targets.
• Record feedback on viewings and provide weekly reports to the General Manager.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements within the private rental sector.
• Build relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Understand client strategies and the local rental market conditions.
Qualifications:
• MARLA certification
Essential Attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years working as a Lettings Manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Confident, resilient, and team-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
