About the Role:

As a Graduate Developer, you will be:

Integrating with your development team.

• Pair Programming with the development team.

• Learn our technologies, processes, and products.

• Contributing to agile ceremonies like Daily Standups, Refinements and Retrospectives.

• Contributing to sprint deliverables through development, unit, and automation testing.

• Continuously improve your technical and product knowledge.

• Performing code reviews.

• Beginning to lead on new feature development.

• Be researching/prototyping potential solutions.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally hold a degree (2:1 or above) in Computing Science or Software Engineering. If you don’t have a degree but can demonstrate technical ability, we’re still interested in hearing from you and would welcome your application.

• You’ll have strong programming core skills and familiarity with SQL databases.

• Having experience developing in C# will be considered an advantage, as would strong experience in other object-oriented languages.

• You’ll be enthusiastic, articulate and an intelligent self-starter in your approach to work.

• You’ll be passionate about doing quality work.
