Job description
Agora House is looking for an experienced, creative, analytical Marketing Executive to join the team in north London.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
- Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including strategizing, planning, executing, and tracking performance.
- Develop compelling email content that engages and resonates with our target audience.
- Continuously optimise email campaigns and automated flows to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Segment email lists based on customer behaviour and preferences to deliver targeted and personalised content.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions, to increase brand awareness, and promote products, and campaigns (all while maintaining a consistent brand voice and image).
- Community management.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Affiliate Marketing:
- Understand and leverage the affiliate marketing channel to drive conversions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to maximise promotional opportunities.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide support to optimise their marketing efforts.
- Analyse affiliate campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Material Creation:
- Design and produce marketing materials for both online and offline purposes, such as brochures, banners, flyers, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into visually appealing and persuasive materials.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the brand's tone and aesthetics.
Subscriber Acquisition:
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for subscriber acquisitions across all platforms.
- Monitor and report on subscriber acquisition metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, and marketing material creation.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style according to the target audience.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
