Platinum Recruitment are working with a well-established, local, privately owned healthcare group that owns 8 residential and nursing homes. This vacancy is for one of their care homes in Havant.

Rate of pay: £12.50ph

What's involved?

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Team Leader for our client in Havant to be part of the care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.
• This position is a senior role within the home and works hands on and is responsible for the overall supervision and success of teams being managed.
• You will be working daytime hours on rotational day shifts, ensuring excellent care is provided, ongoing training and support is offered to the team and you are managing your team of care assistants.

What do you need?

• Female applicants required only due to shift requirements.
• You need your NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.
• Dementia and care home experience is preferred
• Able to complete a fully enhanced DBS check
