If you’re organised, driven and enjoy a challenge this is the job for you! We have an exciting new opportunity to work for our energetic, fast-growing business as a Compliance Administrator. This is an important role ensuring strict regulations and protocols for people who will be working in the aviation industry are met. We are looking for experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets and great communication skills both over the telephone and face to face. Previous experience of working in a referencing role or an insight into the aviation sector are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Applying for and chasing accurate references and validating associated documents
• Applying for DBS checks
• Communicate with various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Working with in house and airport systems
• Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values
