Job description
- Daily operational management of WHG's Surveying team
- Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times
- Reviewing EPC and FRAs undertaken by Surveyors
- Meeting the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022
- Managing building notices, planning applications and housing standard referrals
- Ensuring assessments are in line with breaches of S11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
- Attending new build development schemes to understand installations, build type and safety measures
