Head of Residential Conveyancing

A well-established law firm in Exeter with an outstanding reputation, is seeking an experienced residential property solicitor to join its expanding team as Head of Residential Conveyancing.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
Experience in commercial property is also desired but isn't essential and applicants with residential property experience only are still encouraged to apply.
In addition to fee-earning, as Head of Department you will be responsible for supervising and managing the conveyancing team and maintaining good working relationships with estate agents, brokers and lenders.
