You will also play a key role in stakeholder management, being the trusted marketing partner within your region. Your role involves collaboration across various centres of excellence, driving simplification, and ensuring consistency in marketing practices. Your presence will be influential, not just in your immediate team but across Operating Companies ensuring alignment with the central strategy.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with expertise in campaign management, project delivery, and brand enhancement, preferably in a service-focused industry.
A professional qualification like CIM, or equivalent, would be ideal.
A deep understanding of the transportation sector and a passion for its role in society and environmental sustainability.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation in marketing.
Strong leadership qualities to motivate and manage teams, with great communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Analytical prowess, with a knack for data interpretation and a focus on results.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
