Remuneration: £30-40/hr negotiable

Description: Part-time HYGIENIST OR HYGIENE THERAPIST required for 2-4 days per week (TUE -  FRI, flexible) in a FULLY PRIVATE & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Plymouth.
•             £30-40/hr negotiable
•             Nurse support provided (experienced, qualified)
•             Full dental set-up (scaler, x-ray, high quality dental tools and materials)
•             Fully computerised surgeries
•             3 surgery practice set in beautiful surroundings
•             Dentally software
•             Hours: 08:45-17:15
•             FREE parking
•             Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
