We are looking for a PA to support the four heads of therapy .....

Do you have?
• Good communication skills and can engage with the multidisciplinary team and patients effectively.
• The ability to use own initiative and make informed decisions
• Provide administration support to the heads of therapy

37.5 hours per week, full time.
• To provide support to the management team in therapies in key areas. including recruitment, sickness recording, payroll, annual leave.
• To support members of the Therapy team with an efficient effective secretarial and administrative service in order for therapists to deliver a high standard of clinical care.
• Manage the weekend rotas for Orthopaedics, ED and Stroke, ensuring cover is maintained and vacant gaps filled or escalated.
• Establish communication networks within other departments and appropriate health care professionals organising meetings, taking minutes.
• Act as a point of contact for providing information on systems and processes to satisfactorily resolve queries, including diaries. Overseeing and co-ordinating the operational activities of the Rehabilitation Department.
