Head of Digital Marketing required to join a renowned financial advisory group to spearhead and develop their digital marketing strategy. This is a full-time position that demands an individual with extraordinary determination, capable of overcoming any challenges that may arise. We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is committed to achieving excellence and embraces the mindset of initiating and completing tasks. Your work should be driven by a combination of creativity and commercial insight!
Some of what you will be doing:
- Formulate, recommend, and supervise the execution of the Group’s digital marketing strategy.
- Devise and oversee strategies for B2C activation, ensuring effective management.
- Possess extensive and updated knowledge of the entire spectrum of digital marketing services, encompassing SEO, content marketing, link building, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Strategize and implement communication plans in alignment with brand standards.
- Create and optimize CRM strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and elevate brand awareness.
- Assume direct responsibility for web and social media strategy, including content management.
- Exercise oversight over PPC and SEO strategies, addressing both tactical and implementation aspects.
- Establish clear KPIs and targets, accompanied by comprehensive ROI analysis.
- Develop processes and implement best practice guidelines to ensure seamless integration of the role with the broader business strategy, fostering a platform for sustained growth and development.

- Possess outstanding commercial acumen, showcasing proven end-to-end multi-channel expertise for driving brand growth.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting successful integrated B2C digital marketing strategies.
- Seasoned and well-rounded digital marketer with essential skills spanning SEO, PPC, CRM, re-targeting, email marketing, influencer engagement, social content, paid advertising, CRM, and analytics.
- Actively exemplify continuous best practices across all disciplines, engaging with key stakeholders as needed.
- Display a high level of ambition to evolve this role in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner.
- Bring forth meticulous analytical skills with a sharp focus on deliverables and tangible achievements.
