Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Traffic Manager with a creative/studio background to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of creative projects from inception to delivery, facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

- Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

- Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to set project timelines and milestones.

Resource Allocation:

- Assess project requirements and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks based on their skills and availability.

 

- Monitor team workloads and make adjustments to optimise productivity.

 

Time Utilisation

- Track and manage the content teams time, utilising third party time management tools to optimise team utilisation and report back on availability based on available billable time.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Serve as a liaison between creative, strategic and client service teams facilitating clear and open communication.

 

- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and a positive creative culture.

 

Timeline Management:

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

 

- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

 

Quality Control:

- Conduct regular reviews of work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with client expectations.

 

- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

 

Client Interaction:

- Communicate project updates to clients, addressing inquiries and providing transparency into project status.

 

- Gather client feedback and relay it to the creative teams for refinement.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Traffic Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.

 

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

 

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

 

- Understanding of design, marketing, and advertising processes.

 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
