Overview

A well-renowned company based in Wimbledon are looking for someone with previous B2B experience, and ideally a Psychology background, to join as a Business Development Executive.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + bonus

The Role

• Achieve on-target sales performance
• Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various marketing channels including webinars and conference events
• Generate face to face meetings and virtual demonstrations with senior HR/ talent/L&D decision-makers through proactive outbound calling – targeting international and UK organisations
• Proactive networking with senior HR/ talent/L&D decision-makers
• Work collaboratively with the consulting team to attend client meetings and generate winning proposals based on their requirements
• Using Salesforce CRM to accurately track leads and opportunities through to close, working with the rest of the team to generate accurate sales forecasting
• Ensuring the CRM d/base is kept up to date and timely and accurate reports are supplied to the team to monitor and improve performance
• Work to ensure the marketing plan is effectively implemented to deliver campaigns, sell-out events, ensure successful pull-though from conference events and generally raise awareness of our brand and generate more inbound leads

Key Skills/Experience

• A proven track record of new business winning in B2B sales ideally selling to senior HR/L&D decision makers
• Genuine interest in the science and behaviours that make people perform at their best
• Energy for being in a highly visible role that is core to the performance of a small but growing organisation
• Energy for competitive situations and highly results-focused by achieving exceptional results
• Natural desire and ability to work efficiently to structure their daily activity
