The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a Refuse Loaders for our client based in Sevenoaks.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Refuse Loader, you will be an essential part of our waste collection operations. Your responsibilities will include: Collecting and loading refuse, recycling, and green waste onto collection vehicles. Assisting the driver in navigating routes and ensuring timely waste collection. Maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness during collection activities. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient waste collection processes. Upholding excellent customer service by interacting courteously with residents and addressing their inquiries. The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 - Fridays 07:00 - 14:30

£11.50 an hour

Requirements: Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
