Job Title: People & Performance Business Partner
Location: Rugeley and Fradley Park, UK (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week ( would also consider contract)

This is a true generalist role. As a People & Performance Advisor, you will be at the heart of shaping our company's culture and ensuring our employees thrive. You will have the chance to provide invaluable support to both your business area and the wider AB Agri People & Performance team.
