Job specification:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Ensure the design and content that appears on the website, and any other digital platform that is developed is relevant and representative of the organisations business plan and positively illustrates the services, fundraising, and information that the organisation deems relevant.
- Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Lead all aspects of brand strategies, communication, PR, and media planning for the organisation.
- Build profile and engage the public in our vision and mission and increase awareness.

Person specification:
- Previous experience working in a Marketing Manager role
- Experience creating and producing a range of marketing materials.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages
- Able to work under pressure with multiple projects happening simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Full UK driver’s licence with unrestricted use of a car
