Job description
Our busy Internal Communications team sits at the heart of Leeds Building Society, using their creativity and flare to bring our Society's story to life for our 1,700 colleagues. No two days are the same as the team showcase how we are living our Purpose, and the difference we all make by putting home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation. Passion for not only delivering excellent communications, but for working towards a purpose that makes a difference is a must for this team.
We're looking for someone who can inspire others with their passion and use their communications experience to deliver campaigns and messaging that really makes an impact. If you want to be at the hub of a fast-pace, supportive, environment where you have ownership of projects, we'd love to hear from you about joining our team as an Internal Communications Officer.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Joining Leeds Building Society as an Internal Communications Officer will see you directly supporting our Purpose via the delivery of our internal communications plan. We know engaged and informed colleagues are the best kind of colleagues, which is why this is such an important role. You will play a critical part in explaining our Purpose and why what we do matters, helping all colleagues understand how our Purpose, corporate priorities, and strategy relate to them.
As an Internal Communications Officer, you'll be partnered with business areas across the Society to really get to know them and understand their communications requirements. This will ensure you can keep our channels up to date with amazing content about what's going on across the Society. You'll also be involved in the logistical planning of some of our biggest annual events, including our annual roadshows and thank you visits and will lead ad-hoc focus campaigns.
What you'll bring to our team:
What do we offer you?
