Medical Negligence Solicitor (Associate)
PQE: 3+
Location: Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: £51k+

Please note there a handful of openings in this team which is a direct result of sustained growth and the acquisition new secured work.
The Role
My client is looking for a Solicitor to join their high performing team of medical negligence experts. Renowned for their expertise in complex and high-value cases, you will have the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of cases including brain injury, cancer, psychiatric injury, obstetrics, and gynaecology cases. You’ll also engage in advocacy at direct stages/simple applications, inquests, and infant approval cases.

Besides managing case work, you will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring the junior members of the team.

Experience
The ideal candidate will be a certified Solicitor with prior experience in medical negligence, gained from a reputable law firm, whether representing claimants or defendants. Nonetheless, my client is open to considering applicants with backgrounds in Personal Injury and those who are Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx), provided they have experience with multi-track cases.
