This established regional practice are looking to hire a contentious probate solicitor. This contentious probate solicitor will be working from the Exeter office of this South West practice.
The successful contentious probate solicitor will be able to show a strong litigation background with a focus on contentious probate and issues that fall under the Inheritance Act.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate. If this is as part of a wider general commercial litigation caseload, please still apply.
