My client are a manufacturing organisation based in Scunthorpe, and have been operating for the last 65 years. They are the world leader in the extraction, treatment, and commercialisation of minerals.

Job Description

As a HR and Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Running regular clocking reports, calculate hours, holidays, sickness and overtime and entering all hours on to the weekly sheet
• Calculating sick pay and SSP payments
• Updating and logging changes to salaries, overtime, and bonuses
• End to end recruitment processes
• Absence management
• Note taking in grievance and disciplinary meetings
• Update systems with relevant employee information

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR and Payroll Administrator will:

• Have demonstrable experience in a HR role, with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment law
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good administrative abilities
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
