The Home...
At Woodfield Grange Care Home in Halifax, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent person-centred care for Residents. The friendly team here work tirelessly to offer 24/7 residential and nursing care, as well as respite and palliative care. Each Resident is an individual, and we want to support them to lead the happy, active life they choose.

The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00

Your Duties...

Leading, supervising and training the care team
General nursing duties-wound care, general observations, blood sugar testing etc
Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
Keeping precise, up to date records
Maintaining the Resident's dignity and respect at all times
Having a great relationship with the Resident, their families and any other parties in contact with them-Drs etc.
