We are looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Nanny to look after our 4 years old child in Central London. The Nanny will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive activities and social calendar and ensuring the child's needs are met throughout the day. This is not a sole charge or proxy parent role. We will be sharing the care and will be looking to spend quality time, ensured by the nanny.
This may be a live-in or live-out role depending on the candidate. Private room and bathroom in a separate part of the house if live in.
Duties:
• Develop and maintain a social and activities calendar.
• Manage daily routines, meals, and care for the child.
• Organise and manage child's environments around the house, playroom and bedroom.
• Plan and execute projects to improve child's wellbeing, environments and activities
• Coordinate with household staff to cover child's needs from 8 AM to 6-7 PM.
• Foster a nurturing environment for development.
• Additional languages or skills (e.g., music, art) are a plus.
Working Days and Hours
Mon to Fri 7-8am to 6/7pm and flexibility for working occasionally at the weekend is a plus.
Start: Jan 2024 but can be flexible for the right candidate
Requirements:
• Excellent level of English is a MUST
• Experience as a Nanny, particularly with young children.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Caring and nurturing disposition.
• Travel during school breaks required. Likely destinations are mostly Europe.
Salary: GOOD depending on experience for TOP candidates
