We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Practitioner to join this dynamic team. As a Specialist or Advanced Veterinary Practitioner in Veterinary Surgery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical direction of the practice. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Godstone, Surrey.

Role Accountabilities: As a Specialist or Advanced Veterinary Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and developing the referral clinic.
• Building a case-load portfolio through liaison with local clinics.
• Providing CPD to colleagues to support their professional development.
• Delivering exceptional clinical care to clients and patients.
• Fostering a progressive clinical culture within the team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registration with the relevant veterinary authorities.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions.
• Surgical skills for routine and complex procedures.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and compassion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
