New! - our client is a leading regional firm with a respected real estate practice who are recognised for their exceptional technical knowledge. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor / Associate (circa: 2-7 PQE) to join their Berkshire office.
The ideal individual will be able to demonstrate a consistently strong academic profile and some regional ties to Reading - ideally.
You will work on a broad range of matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, development work, secured lending and first registrations.
You will have the opportunity to develop your own caseload but also to work with more experienced colleagues on larger projects. The team’s client base includes large landed estates and other landowners, developers, charities, universities and schools, lenders, businesses and private individuals.
The ideal individual will have trained with an established regional, city or national firm and have gained a good overview across a broad range of real estate transactions - notably freehold; leasehold; leases; sub-lets; L&T.
Key responsibilities include:
