The Governors seek to appoint: Assessment Development Manager

Accountable to: Deputy Headteacher

Full time / Permanent

Grade 9 (SCP 32—35 £40,221 — £43,421 depending on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Assessment Development Manager role at Holy Trinity is a dynamic and challenging one. Working across primary and secondary phases and closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Exams Officer, you will ensure assessment and exams data in the MIS system (SIMS) is accurate and updated. You will have confidence in creating marksheets within SIMS and using assessment tools such as Sisra to create data reports for teachers and leaders. Working to deadlines to ensure the smooth functioning of information exchange and reporting across school and to stakeholders, including the DfE is expected and confidence in using excel formulas and functions to create and navigate data tables is essential. There will be some line-management responsibility with this role to ensure all aspects of assessment are compliant and although not essential, experience of completing school census returns and the ability to construct school timetable is desirable.

Holy Trinity is a 3 – 16 Catholic and Church of England through-school which opened in September 2012 in a purpose-built, state of the art building. We have a 470 place primary phase and a 730 place secondary phase.
