Sales and Marketing Consultant

Day to day of the role:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
• Support sales representatives and ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
• Process orders received from customers and address any queries to obtain missing information.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records diligently.
• Develop monthly sales reports and communicate important customer feedback internally.
• Monitor sales targets, report deviations, and stay updated with new products and features.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to design and produce sales literature.
• Arrange and manage trade exhibitions, with opportunities for international travel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing administrator or Sales support agent.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office 365, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• A team player with a high level of dedication and the ability to work independently.
