ROLE: Receptionist
RATE: £15 p/h
LOCATION: Richmond (8.00am-3.00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Handle courier packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle basic clerical tasks.
- Organize boardroom schedules and equipment.
- Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
