Architectural CAD Technician

We are looking for an Architectural CAD Technician who has a good understanding of the current planning and building regulations. You will be required to carry out the following tasks as part of the job role:

1. Survey existing buildings and draw up the plans and elevations
2. Design new buildings, which may be a swimming pool, sales office, or complex
3. Prepare drawings for planning applications
4. Prepare drawings for building regulation submissions
5. Prepare construction details for contractors on site
6. Draw up existing and proposed base developments
7. Update our site plans with as build developments, including mapping out the infrastructure following developments
8. Liase with contractors, structural engineers and external consultants to ensure we capture all of the correct information on a drawing.

You will need to be able to work on AutoCAD. Revit is not required

You will need to have a driving licence, as travelling to all of our nationwide parks will be required at some point.

The job role could be based at head office in Bexhill on sea, but for the right candidate and right level of experience, this could become a remote position.
