This 15-strong multi-disciplinary consultancy has an opening for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Surrey. They main focus will be high-end residential in and around Surrey and London. Project values vary from £400k – £10m and projects range from one-off single dwellings to luxury flats.

Person Specification:

• Degree qualification or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• You may be an intermediate QS looking to step up to Project QS or Project QS who is already running their own projects
• You will be a Problem solver who is organised and willing to learn
• The desire to progress with their APC and become Chartered if not already

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role will cover pre/post-contract responsibilities predominantly but not exclusively in the high-end residential sector.

Working with the supervision of an Associate QS you will be able to work on all areas of a project from writing schedules of work to project completion.

Salary & Package:

Our client is offering a salary between £38,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience and background, plus the following package: –

• Full APC support, including external training with Delever.
• Hybrid working
• Quarterly bonus
• Gym membership (after probation)
• 20 days annual leave + Xmas/NYE break
• Progression beyond Chartership
