Permanent Role
Warehouse Operative
£11.53 per hour - £21,000
Altrincham – great commuting distance from Sale / Hale / Trafford / Wythenshawe and free parking onsite.
Clean Driving License Required.
Mon to Fri 9.00 - 5.00pm, 1 hour lunch break. (35 hour working week) with no weekend work.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company who are leaders within their field.

You would be part of a team of 3 and would be working in a small warehouse. This role is very physical and will involve heavy lifting daily either individually or with another person. You will be packing orders, moving stock, and loading trucks to ensure that the products are ready for delivery.

You must have a clean driving licence as you may be required to deliver some stock at times to customers. If you have a combi/forklift licence then this would be advantageous, but you will be considered if you do not have this, as training can be provided.

Some of the duties are:

• Picking and packing goods for customers in an efficient time.
• Lifting, wrapping, and loading products for shipping.
• Following the safety protocols whilst operating combi lift.
• Loading delivery vehicles.
• Checking collection and delivery forms.

Requirements of the role:

• Valid clean driving license.
• Previous warehouse and delivery experience.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items daily.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
