Operations Administrator
Location: Portsmouth Salary: £23500 with an opportunity to earn an additional 5%

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the business at this busy and demanding time. Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success
As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for assisting multiple departments within the business as and when they require additional support
This is to help with areas of the business when they are extra busy or may have sickness or holidays that need covering and is great if you are someone who enjoys variety in a role
As an Operations administrator you will support with various tasks which may include the following
- To work within multiple departments and support the teams with general administration
- To pro-actively monitor and respond to a busy email inbox
- To assist customers who have reported damage to their vehicles, whether that be from a major incident such as a Road Traffic Incident, or minor damage such as car park scrapes.
- To process legal documentation using external databases
- You will be speaking to customers on the phone, as well as dealing with third parties to manage expectations.
- You will also work with our third-party accident management suppliers to provide a seamless service for customers.
- Complete paperwork for V5 Management, including Cherished Plates
- Motor Insurance Database Management
- Typing and sending out MOT & Service reminders
- Requesting and Managing End of Contract paperwork
- Complete stock checks and maintain excel spreadsheets
- Publishing of vehicles for sale using an internal system
The ideal Operations Administrator will have / be - The ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Will be well organised
- Will have good attention to detail
- Will have good administration skills and experience
- Will be a strong communicator
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints
- Previous experience of working on the telephones and within an office would be advantageous
