IO Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective project management practices across our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project management governance, methods, and tools.
• Collaborate with project leaders to ensure successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Promote best practices and provide coaching to team members as needed.
• Shape methods and tools to align with project requirements.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder management.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile project activities.
