Aylesbury UTC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our growing team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all our students.

About Aylesbury UTC:

• A unique University Technical College (UTC) specializing in Computing and Health & Social Care.
• Offers students aged 14-19 an industry-focused education with strong employer links.

About the Role:

• Provide cover for planned and unplanned staff absences across all year groups.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the school.
• Support the learning support department when cover is not required.
