Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG/Manufacturers in the country! This is your chance to join a company with a presence in over 40 different markets, with plenty of opportunity for growth.
What you'll be doing :
- Overseeing and conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery
- Identifying and diagnosing problems and faults on production machinery and implementing solutions
- Reporting to Engineer Supervisor as part of the Maintenance team
Your background and skills:
- Multiskilled: comprehensive knowledge of high-speed mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation and PLC control systems
- Formal qualification(s) in Engineering/Maintenance discipline
- Previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing environment
- Excellent awareness and experience of working to high Health & Safety standards
- Good level of understanding of the process, products, and quality procedures
- Familiar with Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Experienced in fault finding and problem solving
