VANRATH are delighted to be working with a high-end luxury fit out company, as they search for a project manager to assist on their latest marine project. The role will be based between the Antrim offices and on their state-of-the-art superyacht and research vessel interior fitout project.

Excited to work on a flagship marine project involving luxury living quarters? Interested in working on high standard interiors? Do you want to step up from site manager to PM?

The role:

• Oversee marine projects to ensure all progress is within the timeframe, and work is done to the specifications provided by clients.
• Effectively manage all labour and capital resources.
• Ensure a high standard of H&S is followed throughout.
• Work with clients to communicate project timelines, specific changes and ensure their vision is being carried out.

Experience you need:

• Joinery/fit-out background.
• 5 plus years in site management or a junior PM role.
• Commercial fitout experience.
