Project Manager - High-End Fit Out & Refurbishment

The Project Manager's Role:

The successful Project Manager will find themselves at the heart of exciting projects, working across high-end fit outs, refurbishments, and new builds. This role demands a candidate who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in these areas, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager will:

• Lead projects across high-end fit outs, refurbishments, and new builds, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and promote a culture of safety on site.
• Drive team performance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field) are highly desirable.
