Nursing Home Deputy Manager required to join a fantastic nursing home based in the Stourbirdge area. The nursing home delivers care to people with residential and nursing need, some of whom have Alzheimer's / dementia. My client seeks an accomplished nurse with a strong background in the delivery of care to elderly residents. You will work alongside the manager to ensure the home is run successfully and all care is implemented to the highest possible standards.
Candidates can be RN / RGN / RMN qualified and should have strong knowledge of the elderly care sector and good clinical skills. You should have worked as a senior level Nurse, be fully aware of CQC legislation and have thorough clinical knowledge.
This position is a managerial role; however, you will be required to help deliver hands on care when required. You will deliver training and you will be involved with the management of clinical and non-clinical staff.
You will join a well renowned and award winning nursing home provider within a purpose built care home that is one of the premier homes of its type in the Stourbirdge area. Our client is a very highly regarded organisation with a stunning portfolio of nursing homes. This home is a new, bespoke care home with extraordinarily high standards of interior design.
The successful candidate will be: - An experienced registered Nurse RN / RGN / RMN
- Very strong knowledge of the elderly care sector
- Senior Nurse experience / team leadership
- Driven to succeed / enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of CQC legislation
