Search are delighted to partner with a organisation based in Redditch to recruit for a Financial Analyst. This is a permanent opportunity and would be suit a professional who is looking to explore the world of finance further and continue with their studies in ACCA, CIMA or ACA.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for analysing financial informational, business partnering, collaborating with internal departments and managing stakeholder relationships. You will join a large and vibrant finance department where employees are encouraged to apply for internal promotions and grow in their role.

Other aspects include:

• Month end - financial and management accounting
• Work closely with the Finance Business Partner - supporting all aspects of strategic goals
• Budgeting and forecasting - five years plans
• Help deliver strategy and goals to the wider business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial analysis
• Month end accounts and board reporting
• Any other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will need to:

• Have excellent Excel skills
• Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Have good planning and organisational skills and be able to work in a team
• Have ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure
• Be able to establish good working relationships in a cross-functional environment with excellent communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude, flexible approach and a passion to learn
• Wanting to grow and develop and continue with their professional exams

Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 plus hybrid working along with flexible start and finish times. Full study support plus excellent company benefits including bonus.
