Job title: Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Oxfordshire/Remote Working

Salary: £50,000-£70,000

PQE Level: 5+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our Client, a good sized boutique regional law firm, is looking to recruit a Senior Residential Property lawyer to work with their excellent property team on a caseload of high value matters. The Residential Property team acts on sales/purchases, enfranchisement, lease extensions, Buy to Lets, Remortgaging, Shared Ownership, and Equity Release.

The gearing of the team means that this is an opening with excellent career prospects for a lawyer with first class property experience and an enthusiasm for business development.
