We are currently recruiting a Mobile Relief Catering Assistant to join our team at Caldicot School, Mill Lane, Monmouthshire, NP26 5XA

What you'll be doing

• ⦁ Food preparation
  ⦁ Cleaning of front and back of house
  ⦁ Serving customers
  ⦁ Till operating including taking payments 
  ⦁ Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
  ⦁ Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
  ⦁ Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
  ⦁ Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
  ⦁ Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists

Experience

⦁ DBS checks required
⦁ Full UK driving licence and car required
⦁ Previous experience in hospitality is desirable
⦁ E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
