About the role
As a Network Support Engineer, you will be required to provide and promote a professional, high quality, customer focused service to our clients and partners, ensuring industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for supporting all client Network environment ensuring support is provided within a timely manner. Act as first escalation point for customers and internal departments.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of network principles in a support environment
- Working knowledge and accreditation for Juniper, Cisco or Fortinet
- IP Addressing & DHCP
- BGP, OSPF, NAT & PAT
- Routing & Switching
- QOS implementation and troubleshooting
- IPSec VPN configuration & management
- MPLS & SD WAN knowledge
- Cisco CCNA and/or Juniper JNCIA
- Tools – LogicMonitor, Observium, PRTG & Solarwinds
