Do you currently provide HR support to employees in the UK and across Europe ? Do you have experience with the requirements, regulations and data guidelines in the UK and European countries ? Our client , a global chemical manufacturing business, are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join them on a 6-month contract . The ideal candidate will be analytical and a problem solver , dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.
HR Operations Specialist 6 months contract Salary – dependent on experience Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – 1pm 3 days working from home per week, 2 days on site. Coventry HR Operations Specialist Job Description - Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and attendance tools and systems.
- Support with recruitment activities and issuing employment contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate and support requirements for employee relations including disciplinaries.
- Operational support for the UK and Europe
- Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with statuary and regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
HR Operations Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Several years’ experience working for a global or matrix organisation.
- Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines in the UK and European countries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and using HRIS platforms.
