Job description
AXA Health are on an amazing journey and currently have an opportunity for an Intermediary Conduct Risk Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating and conducting analysis and deep dive reviews of AXA Health’s Intermediary arrangements, including Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARs). You'll analyse conduct focused MI combined with inherent risk factors to identify higher risk arrangements for review, with a focus on customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
Co-ordinate and conduct audits of AXA Health’s outsourced delegated authority (“DA”) arrangements, with a focus on governance processes, claims handling, complaints handling and sales practices as prescribed by the AXA Health DA Framework.
Contribute to the wider conduct related agenda of AXA Health and its subsidiaries, driving a customer focused business culture through the provision of subject matter expertise to assist in effective application of robust audit of AXA Health DA arrangements.
Analysis of monthly MI to identify inherent and emerging Conduct Risk within the intermediary population.
Identify arrangements with higher inherent or emerging risk indicators to inform the annual review schedule.
Conduct deep dive reviews of higher risk intermediary arrangements and IAR arrangements, reporting on findings and proposing actions to mitigate risks or control gaps..
Escalate review findings and MI trend data analysis to the appropriate governance fora.
Work closely with Distribution team to ensure findings are understood and actions are taken forward in an appropriate and timely manner.
To provide challenge and a voice in relation to ethics, integrity and the customer in relation to intermediary arrangements and the wider business.
Contribute to the development of the Conduct Risk Team’s skills and abilities by facilitating the sharing of best practice and knowledge.
