We are currently looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent to join our busy and growing in office in Lurgan. YRG is a service driven, brand focused packaging partner, specialising in Digital Printing and Flexographic Printing plate manufacture.
We have offices in Dublin, Lurgan NI and across the UK. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work closely with our technical team to improve customer experience and participate in product improvement.
- Maintenance of databases, and driving production and schedules using technical information from customer.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with database systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priortise and manage time effectively.
- High degree of computer literacy: Experience with MS Office, Asset management and Adobe software preferable.
