Job description
Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer | Healthcare | £70-90k (Flex) | Manchester (Hybrid)
An established healthcare company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer to lead the sales and marketing team, including key accounts and new business development.
Salary: £70-90k base (Flex) + £20-40k Bonus + £7k Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
The Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer will lead a team of 11, report directly into the Managing Director and Focus on increasing market share in a relatively closed but fragmented market.
The Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer will:
– Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy.
– Develop and implement a structured CRM & KAM strategy to ensure a strong funnel of prospects.
– Evangalise new products and win back lost accounts.
– Lead a customer-first culture and approach.
– Assist the company financial target setting and budget changes.
– Help the Co achieve its growth and revenue goals.
– Lead commercial negotiations with new clients and manage exsisting client relationships.
The Sales and Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer must have:
– Successfully run or overseen a direct sales and marketing function
– Understand KAM
– Ideally have an interest or experience in retail software, medtech or healthtech.
If some has commercial experience in an allied function, such as product, and has moved into a CRO role that would also be of interest.
