Job Title: Fleet Compliance Co-Ordinator

Base Location: Field based with the ability to travel within the UK and Republic of Ireland if needed.

Salary: £30,347 - £46,750 , plus a car/car allowance and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Could you be our next Fleet Compliance Co-Ordinator to join the team and drive this success forwards?

What will I be doing in this role?

This is a new role, and will involve developing processes and systems from the ground up, as there is currently no Fleet or Property management database or system in place. The great thing about this is that you will have the opportunity to establish and implement an effective audit and compliance programme, and make a real impact on our current teams.

In this role you will be looking at;

Fleet Compliance:

• Establishing and implementing a comprehensive audit and compliance program for our sites, ensuring proper usage and adherence to regulations.
• Verifying and maintaining the compliance of our fleet in terms of MOT, insurance, and HGV-PMI (Planned Maintenance Inspection).
• Setting up a maintenance planner, keeping track of essential tasks such as MOT deadlines and scheduled maintenance for various vehicles.
• Consolidating existing data from diverse sources and transforming it into a usable format for effective analysis and reporting.

Property Compliance:

• Overseeing property compliance, covering aspects such as PAT testing, utilities, and other relevant regulations.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure properties meet required standards and regulations.
• Using your strong Excel skills to create reports and audit programs, providing valuable insights to the management team.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary changes and improvements in their depots.

What do I need to be successful in the role?

We would like you to bring your experience in Fleet co-ordination, along with the ability to implement new processes and a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities. We would also love to see the below on your CV;

• Previous experience in fleet management, preferably with a focus on commercial vehicles, HGVs, MEWPs, and HIABs.
• Familiarity with O-Licence requirements and standards.
• Experience in Property management would be a benefit
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive reports and databases.
• Proven ability to set up audit and compliance programs from scratch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various UK/Ireland depots
• A full Driving Licence
