Performance Analyst – Be Caring
Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 37.5 per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Location : West Yorkshire
- Experience: Confident using, interpreting, and presenting data.
- Closing Date - Sunday 3rd March 2024 at 5:00pm
You will work closely with all our services, delivering high quality business information analysis. The role covers all aspects of business information and performance including client data and enabling system data (electronic call monitoring, payroll, incident, HR, Workforce etc).
The key purpose of the role is the provision of analysis, interpretation and reporting of data and key performance indicators to inform and guide the services in improving and enhancing the provision we deliver.
We are looking for innovation individual, with demonstrable knowledge, and skills relating to:
- Data analytics, using standard data packages to compile, interpret and share data.
- Prioritising your workload, working under time pressures, keeping calm and focusing on the task at hand, being proactive to support services in their performance improvement journey
- Compassionate and clear communicator
- Collaboration with colleagues, using information and data to help inform your understanding, discussions with others, and decision-making.
