Job description
This is a dynamic role that combines creativity and strategy to enhance our client's company's presence through digital outreach, including the website and social media channels. This position is responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a passion for digital trends and a strong understanding of social media analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging, original content for social media platforms, including text, images, and video. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Manage and update social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance. Ensure a consistent content flow aligned with marketing campaigns and key dates.
- Monitor and engage with the community on social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media metrics (likes, comments, shares, engagement rates, etc.) and analyse performance of content. Prepare regular reports on social media activity and insights.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and relevant industry news. Implement new tactics and strategies to enhance social media presence.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation, etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails.
- Maintain company's main website and provide creative ideas for updates and increase the customer interaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and to support broader marketing initiatives.
- Continuously improve social media content by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights.
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Support the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Assist in organizing promotional events and ensure all marketing materials are prepared and distributed on time.
