Job description

Ashley Kate are delighted to be bringing to the market, an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this established Comms business in Knutsford for a period of 12 months.
Hybrid working from their office 2 days a week, you will need to be available to start by the start of March, or ideally in the next 2 weeks for a hand over.

 
Working as part of an established HR team, you will be supporting a client group of circa 150.
Your focus will be to support your client group on all aspects of workforce planning in order to ensure sufficient succession planning for the future of the organisation. You will need to also be skilled in supporting an organisation through post TUPE activities and M&A activities.

 
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and managers within the business, providing expert guidance on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide coaching to managers to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts ensuring alignment with local market needs and assisting in the selection process for critical roles.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans, to drive a high-performance culture.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs within the region and partner with the L&D team to deliver targeted development programs that enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the region.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Utilise HR data to generate insights, analyse trends, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance HR practices and support business objectives.
Change Management: Support the implementation of organizational changes, providing change management expertise to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new initiatives.

 

 
A background of working within the Medical or pharma sector is desirable but not essential but what we are keen to see is your skills in a true People Partner role and succession planning in order to combat business and market challenges.

 
You will be part of a close-knit team who are all driven to succeed with a down to earth approach and a fun outlook.

 
People Partner - About you

 
- Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new role in the business and the right person will be motivated by the opportunity to
build something from the ground up.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on employee relations, talent management,
and organisational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse
stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software applications.
