Joining our Older Adults Team as a Qualified Social Worker, you’ll be innovative, person-centred and committed to working with adults in a strengths-based way. You’ll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with service users, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community. Our newly qualified Social Workers are paid at £33,951 per annum, pro rata for the first year of employment. This role is based in our Havant office.
